Section 01General Provisions

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus you must complete ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers.

5.2 Other Promotions

Several promotions are active, including a weekly recharge festival, special slot prizes, birthday gifts, and referral offers. Each promotion has its own wagering requirement and validity period, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period; once it expires the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms of any existing bonus or cancel a promotion at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement has been met will result in the entire bonus being cancelled.

Section 06Gaming Rules

555rr win offers play across various categories including slots, live casino, table games, and sports betting. Each category has its own rules, which you should familiarise yourself with before starting a game.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, server outage, or any other technical problem, the bet for that specific round will be considered void and the relevant funds will be refunded. Any winnings obtained from a faulty game will be considered invalid.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, all odds are set before markets open and may change according to match conditions as the game progresses. A change in odds after a bet has been accepted does not affect that accepted bet. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the related bet will be cancelled and funds refunded, unless the rules for that specific sport state otherwise.

6.3 Fair Play

Section 07Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Using automated software, bots, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Fraudulent conduct towards other members, such as collusion or match fixing.

• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's mobile banking account.

Section 08Account Suspension or Closure

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account at any time and for any reason. In particular:

• Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances; however, any bonuses for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

Section 09Limitation of Liability
